1. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Possess valid identification and banking details.
2. Advance Services
The platform provides short-term advances to eligible users subject to approval.
Advance approval is not guaranteed and remains at the sole discretion of the platform.
3. Advance Disbursement
Approved advances are generally disbursed within 5 minutes after approval.
Delays may occur due to banking systems, payment gateways, verification procedures, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Advance Amount and Repayment
The approved advance amount, repayment date, and applicable charges will be displayed before acceptance.
The borrower agrees to repay the advance on or before the due date.
5. Interest-Free Advances
We do not charge interest on the principal advance amount.
6. Late Fees and Penalties
Late repayment may attract charges.
- Day 1 to Day 6 after due date: No late fee.
- From Day 7 onwards: Late fees may apply.
- Continued default may result in additional penalties.
All applicable charges will be disclosed before advance acceptance.
7. GST and Taxes
GST and any applicable taxes may be charged on service fees, penalties, late fees, or other charges as required by law.
8. User Verification
Users may be required to provide:
- Name
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Address proof
- Identity proof
- Bank account details
- Selfie verification
- Other information necessary for verification
The user confirms that all information submitted is accurate and truthful.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect user information solely for:
- User onboarding
- Identity verification
- Fraud prevention
- Advance processing
- Customer support
- Legal and regulatory compliance
We do not sell, rent, or intentionally misuse user information.
Information may be shared with service providers only when necessary for operating the platform or complying with legal obligations.
10. Fair Collection Practices
We are committed to ethical recovery practices. We will not:
- Harass borrowers.
- Threaten borrowers.
- Use abusive language.
- Publicly shame borrowers.
- Misuse contact lists.
- Contact family members or friends for harassment purposes.
- Share personal information without authorization except where legally required.
We may contact borrowers through phone calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or in-app notifications solely for lawful repayment reminders and account communications.
11. Fraud Prevention
Users shall not:
- Submit false information.
- Use forged documents.
- Use another person's identity.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Engage in fraudulent activity.
Violations may result in account suspension, advance rejection, legal action, or reporting to relevant authorities.
12. Non-NBFC Disclosure
The platform is not a bank and is not represented as a deposit-taking institution.
Advances are funded solely from our own limited funds and are intended for a limited number of eligible users.
We do not accept public deposits or investment funds from users for lending purposes.
Advance availability depends on available funds and internal policies.
13. Electronic Consent
By clicking "Accept," "Agree," or similar buttons, the user provides electronic consent and agrees that such acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
14. Electronic Communications
The user agrees to receive communications through:
- SMS
- Push notifications
- In-app notifications
- Phone calls
These communications may include repayment reminders, account updates, security alerts, and service announcements.
15. Advertising and Promotions
The platform may display advertisements, offers, and promotional content.
Users may receive promotional communications where permitted by law.
Users may opt out of promotional communications when applicable.
16. User Responsibilities
The user agrees:
- To provide accurate information.
- To maintain account security.
- To keep contact information updated.
- To repay advances on time.
- To comply with applicable laws.
17. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not:
- Commit fraud.
- Launder money.
- Use false identities.
- Submit forged documents.
- Interfere with platform operations.
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
18. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, content, text, graphics, and platform materials belong to the platform or its licensors.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit platform content without written permission.
19. Third-Party Services
The platform may utilize third-party providers including:
- Payment gateways
- Cloud providers
- Messaging providers
- Verification services
- Analytics providers
We are not responsible for failures or interruptions caused by third-party providers.
20. Limitation of Liability
The platform shall not be liable for:
- Banking delays

- Payment gateway failures
- Force majeure events
- Events beyond reasonable control
21. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by:
- Natural disasters, floods, fires
- Power failures, internet outages, cyber incidents
- Government actions
- Banking disruptions
22. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
- False information is provided.
- Fraud is detected.
- Terms are violated.
- Verification requirements are not satisfied.
23. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated versions become effective when published on the platform.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other platform policies, constitute the entire agreement between the user and the platform.
26. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
